I'm one of the few guys who does and loves zumba. I've been looking for a pair of Zumba shoes for a long time. and it pays the bills. (pardon the pun) I can turn much better, the lack of midsole support makes me doubt for a while but turns out you don't need it at all. My feet feel much lighter and more comfortable and they fit the advertised size as described. I'm a size 9.5 for men in the US, so I order a size 13 for women (size 10 for men). They were large as expected but I wear my heavier hiking socks and that's fine. And in the middle of class my feet are a bit swollen and they fit perfectly. If a guy or girl is looking for Zumba shoes, great. My instructor does a lot of jumps and the air pocket helps a lot to mitigate this. It's also a bit wider, but doesn't bother at all. I'm glad I bought this.
