Everything is fine with the seller of this product. You were amazing! The problem is with the product itself. The problem with the Alexa shortcut is 100% wrong. You must use an application called Cloud Intelligence with these plugins. What about the application itself? Works great. However, if you try to "link" the cloud intelligence app to Revain, it's 100% wrong. You go through all the steps and log into Revain and it says it's connected but actually it's not. I only found out about this after seeing reviews of the Cloud Intelligence app on Google Play and many people pointing out the problem of integration between the two apps. And since this has obviously been the case for some time, nobody seems to care about solving integration problems. So I wouldn't recommend this product (seller was great) to anyone looking to integrate with Revain Alexa. I'm sorry people. too little too late for me.
