Bought one of these for his work truck, a 2018 f250 6.7 Powerstroke. I ended up installing it on my 2011 f350 first to make sure the hype is true. It does not come out of the dual mode and I immediately ordered another to work on it, it works as advertised, only a delay remains in the gear changes, which are fixed when the tune is removed. I'm running it in conservative city-zero mode, as mentioned, this truck is setup and removed. I didn't think I needed this little device until I used it and then turned it off. It doesn't increase performance at all, it increases responsiveness and access to the power you already have, easier and faster. Standard for the crowd, one size fits all, I prefer customizing to my preferences so you can dial in your desired gas sensitivity. Expensive luxury cars with sport mode and the like are the same.
