I love these lights! I use them on my front porch in Ohio. So far they have withstood strong winds and freezing rain and do not get tangled. After untangling them, they were easy to hang using the Command Outdoor clamps. My remote works fine, but it has to be pointed directly at the box, which plugs into an outlet or power strip, and the buttons on the remote have to be pressed firmly. My only complaint is that while neatly packaged, they were rolled up and took several hours to unfold and hang. I bought 2 sets and after the first one I thought I might make a video on how to unbox them to help others. I thought I understood everything. It's a good thing I didn't because that would have recorded me cursing and pulling my hair. That took almost as long as the first. The best way I've found is to use hooks and attach some of these to the handles on my kitchen cabinets and then rotate the smaller stars. From there, the big stars rotate very easily. I'm a pretty patient person so it was worth the hassle.
