Good for walking but little rolling

These roller skates are suitable for a 4 year old learning to walk on wheels but hardly roll on hardwood floors or pavement. The good thing is that they're hard to hurt as they hardly roll, so that's nice. As soon as she learns to walk in them very quickly, it's time for roller skates. Wouldn't pay 45€ for it again.
