Review on 🔧 Enhance Engine Performance with Motorcraft CX1874 Idle Control Motor by Brett Gilbert

Great! In my 2000 Ford Expedition, there was a very annoying and loud whine from the air intake and sometimes the engine stalled at a red light. A google search for both issues points to the IAC valve as one of the possible causes, so I gave that a try. This immediately eliminated the noise and the engine never stalled again. The idle is smoother than before. Very easy to change, perfect fit. I also replaced the gasket (another item). Before purchasing this item I tried (soot) cleaning and lubricating the old valve - to no avail.
