Manhole leak problem solved!

The built in sunroof drains on our 2004 BMW X-3 were so clogged that every time it rained water would rise and leak into the floor and rear recesses. One of the back doors also leaked inward as water ran down the window and into the door. Our attempts to clean the drains and pipes weren't effective enough and we weren't willing to go to the trouble of disassembling and re-waterproofing the door, so we bought this semi-automatic cover to stop the water once and for all keep everyone away. Everyone. It has successfully weathered several torrential summer rains in Florida and now our car stays dry inside. Despite being half the size, it hangs long enough to close the window of a leaky door. Durable braided straps slip easily through hats and tie securely. Elastic straps on the center sides go through the door handles and the ends are secured with a strong, durable plastic clasp. On our BMW X-3, I have to loop the rubber bands through the door handles twice to make sure they're tight enough to keep the lid from blowing off in gusts of wind. The outer layer of the coating is truly waterproof and has an attractive reflective micro textured pattern. The bottom is made of soft cotton fabric that will not scratch your car's paintwork. It is lightweight and easy to attach to the vehicle. It comes with a large drawstring storage bag and the whole is neatly stored in a zipped case. Good value for money and I would recommend.
