USE IT CORRECTLY AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED!

I have loved this silicone strap since it was first made and I think it was called the F1 strap or something military related. There was a stripe on it. I was skeptical about this brand but now I see that it exceeds my expectations and works just as if not better. Now for the part why people rate this product low stars; misuse! How to use it properly; So if you are trying to fix something with a water leak. Start by drying both sides of the pipe first, as the first roll around the pipe should be free of water and dirt. After that you can pull it tight around the leak, continue at least an inch below the leak, go back to the center, stretch it, press on the end and glue it. I have used this on all radiator hoses, house water leaks, hose leaks and it has never let me down. START WITH A GOOD CLEAN WRAP SO YOU CAN PUT THE REST ON THE LEAK (can be wet and dirty, only the first wrap matters) AND END ON A CLEAN SURFACE! Use alcohol or just a clean rag to dry or clean the starting point. This stuff is a DIY/DIY hero.
