I've never bought gauze, but since spending more time in the kitchen after quarantine, I finally got to the point that I needed gauze! I didn't really know what to expect, I mean it's gauze. So basically I went through a bunch of Revain stores and settled on this one. They are great, love the fact that they are unbleached. They came folded like JOANN's. I cut off a few pieces of different sizes and left the rest in the bag. I use them to steam, strain and bread washed vegetables in the fridge. Overall I think these are very versatile materials, you can use them for almost anything! I recommend 10/10.
