My device does not work as described in the instructions. Documents do not automatically feed into the scanner as specified and do not stop when I try to feed them manually. I will return it to Revane. I tried to contact the manufacturer but the person who answered the phone couldn't help me. I missed her call back and she didn't leave me a message. I will try another device and come back to this review if the device works properly. Update: I returned the original item and ordered a different one from the same seller. The product works as described in the instructions. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the 2 photos I scanned at high res were grainy when I loaded them from a memory card onto my computer. Also, this scanner is great for keeping track of all my documents. I like having a portable computer because I don't have to be connected to a computer to scan like I do with the scanner on my printer.
