This tool has many uses but this product is disappointing as the quality is not what you expect. For less than $10 I didn't expect it to be bee knees but I expected it to remain intact and the first thing that happened when I opened it up was all the parts fell out of the case. The cleats were meant to be attached with loops to a stem that was meant to be attached to the body, but in my case the stem was too short to fit snugly so it fell out and all the cleats fell off immediately. Since I had to rethread all the loops on the pole, the ends are no longer in the original order and I can't use this tool as intended as the superglue isn't strong enough to hold the pole in place. Now all the pieces are separate and I can still use them but it's too easy to lose them. Also due to poor quality, most tips are too flexible. These tips work well when you need to get into a small hole to remove loose dirt, but I was hoping to use them for many other tasks around the house, including removing stubborn dirt in tight spaces, which is impossible, since there is some real stuff behind them force. at an angle will definitely bend a number of them. This tool is good in theory, but I suggest potential buyers keep looking for a better version from another company.
