Bought this tip cleaner for my husband who cleans carburetors and small engines. It's a tool he uses extensively and values deeply.

This tool has many uses but this product is disappointing as the quality is not what you expect. For less than $10 I didn't expect it to be bee knees but I expected it to remain intact and the first thing that happened when I opened it up was all the parts fell out of the case. The cleats were meant to be attached with loops to a stem that was meant to be attached to the body, but in my case the stem was too short to fit snugly so it fell out and all the cleats fell off immediately. Since I had
