A year ago our garage (general underground garage closed multi-family garage) was broken into and several bikes were stolen. In addition to the neighbors' bikes, 2 of ours were stolen. Our "good" bicycles are secured with this chain (at 3 it hardly goes through), the normal bicycles with a long cable. Then all the bikes were covered with a tarpaulin to protect them from prying eyes. Well, the thief stole our tarpaulin, cut the cable lock and took our two regular bikes in addition to everyone's bikes from the neighbors. They were still there the next morning (the only bikes left in the garage). They didn't even try to cut the chain, it's not damaged at all. The remaining bikes are Teocali Elite, Pilot 2.1 and Ventura Comp, it would be a great loss if the thief escaped with them. a severed cable lock can be seen and bikes left (stolen bikes not pictured)
