My second one. First puppy one became too small. My dog is a Chinese Crested, 12 pounds. He wears a medium.There is a soft but stiff chest panel but it seems to be just fine for him. My boy is an escape artist. he flips around on the leash when he gets excited until he get a harness off. He used to do it on a walk when I was waiting for this bigger one and used something I had on had in the interim. This harness works well and I trust it. No escapes so far. The medium blue (turquoise) is beautiful. He is a little patriot cause he is white, his harness is blue and his leash is red. Great 4th of July look lol. The harness does get dirty over time just like all of them do. I will try to wash it in a mesh bag in the near future. Ive had it about 6 months.
