Finally my fourth and last embossing hammer! I've had SO much drama with these hammer races and different providers. As I said, this is my fourth, and the previous three didn't work at all. The first was nice, but not suitable for chasing a hammer. The second was damaged from the packaging and the third was damaged and the domed shape was MUCH domed for my needs. The problem with these hunting hammers I ordered was the socket design. I did some research and found that the socket where the head meets the shank of the pen should be an oval shape. This will prevent the head from rotating on the handle shaft. I am so thankful that I finally found what I wanted. Hunting hammer with a small curved tip and an oval socket. It may have taken a lot of disappointment and disappointment but it was really worth it for me because finally I got what I was looking for.
