Looks like big girls skates, high quality, supports ankle in new skates

We have received so many compliments on these kids skates. As my 3 year old says, "These are big girl skates." I like that they have a very strong construction and ankle support. Many people at the rink including the trainer asked what brand of skates because my little one can easily walk and stand on the ice. The laces are a bit long, but we learned how to tuck them in. We've found that ordering about 1.5 sizes up from street shoe size is perfect for thin socks. You must sharpen your blades upon arrival. I love that these skates have a toe as my toddler can learn to use this aspect of the blade earlier than some others in the class as many of their skates are double bladed or have no toe. Her skates are a size 10 so we ordered pads to fit a 170 blade and they look so cute with their light colored pads. I highly recommend these skates. I think the price is perfect as you get a very high quality product. I also think that when you resell, you can keep a significant portion of the original cost of the skates. They are ideal for beginner skaters as they offer excellent ankle support. These skates also proved to be warm and easy to clean, which is a plus when pulling your little ball off the ice.
