Having had the opportunity to deal with KMDiesel as an automotive industry specialist, I regret to say that I cannot endorse their services to my peers or to individual automobile owners. Although they offer a wide selection of goods, their quality assurance procedures leave much to be desired. I've had faulty things delivered to me, and their customer care has been unhelpful. And while their prices may seem reasonable at first, they quickly become prohibitive due to the time and effort required to return damaged goods. Customers are also inconvenienced by unpredictable and prolonged shipping and delivery timeframes. In sum, KMDiesel could be promising, but the company must prioritize enhancing its quality assurance procedures and its customer service. At this time, I am unable to endorse them to anyone who places a premium on dependable service.
