I love how easy it is to make changes, add functionality or remove unnecessary items in our church website! As long as you know where everything goes there isn't much that's hard about this software at all - maybe if someone doesn’t have IT experience they might find things difficult but anyone who knows their way around computers will be fine navigating through them very quickly!! It has made running my monthly newsletter soooo simple by automating sending out newsletters (plus keeping track of analytics). We no longer receive emails from people asking questions because we are able publish answers right away via Facebook Messenger which makes life easier when replying back within 24 hours haha ;) Also been using live chat more often than before too since its saved me time logging into another service each week just chatting instead :).
