Easy to clean and easy to use!
So easy and fun! You can change it by opening the top and simply inserting the blades. It's scary to see when the blade of a fruit or vegetable "dies" because you know it's not organic when I use healthier veggies. This allowed me to make potato pancakes in LESS time than with a standard coffee grinder. It's spectacular in salads and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!
