Better than o-ring

I used these cable glands because I wanted support for the 2/0 cables I was running through them and also wanted a watertight seal. They work great. I just wish I didn't have to punch a 1 inch hole in sheet metal to use them. But I think you have to pay to play. They are good and solid. The cables are fixed and do not stretch after tightening.
