Thank God for YouTube. I (woman) was able to easily replace a broken doorknob. Let's hope this all holds up. The handle got stuck at first, but after a few tries, it eventually bounced back. I had to keep opening and closing the door and eventually it stopped. This pen is cheap and works great. In my photo, the old pen and this one are already worn outπ
