This movement and hands replaced the movement and hands worn on the 25 inch wall clock above the fireplace for over ten years. On old clocks, the hour hand did not go past nine o'clock. When I tried to set the watch using the rear dial, the hour hand dropped to the six o'clock position and just wobbled back and forth. He was exhausted. The model I ordered with 8" and 6" hands was the same model that failed after 10 years. It was easy to replace and the instructions that came with it were graphic and easy to follow. The movement came in a long box with hands in the box in a plain envelope. The arrows didn't bend. My wife complimented me when a week later the clock was still accurate.
