My Rotti took it off with ease
No matter how tight I put the collar on she still managed to take it off! I thought that would solve the problem because it was supposed to be tighter, but she pulled it off with no problem. It was so tight I was sure she wouldn't get it. But she somehow solved it and slipped off! Nothing could contain or hold her back, so maybe she just wasn't meant to be contained. We had a problem with her chasing cows and we had to tie her to the house but we couldn't.
