Works great with Fenix 3 (non-HR, original). However, it's not compatible with one-piece straps that cover the back of the watch - you can have a custom strap if you have a model without a heart rate monitor. So to charge the Fenix 3 in this charger you have to remove the full strap, although it should be fully compatible with "two half" straps - in any case I was planning to order a new strap soon. Other than that, there aren't any notable differences from the standard charger, except that it's a bit prettier.
