What was I thinking! There was a reason I hadn't bought a Dremel in years. They're cheap, so they often fail! $16 for an engraver? I should have known better. The most important part of the tool, the system that the Dremel used to hold the cutting tool in place, had failed. The small screw failed to hold the racquet and eventually broke off. So he failed and couldn't perform an operation. But I'm not really surprised. You'd think they "got it" after so many years! The cheap price doesn't help if it doesn't work, and if the racquet cannot be held properly, tool does not work! What? What should manufacturers of inferior tools do to stop wasting our time! He comes back.
