Everyone says it sounds great when I'm on the phone. Music over it sounds pretty good too. I have a hard time using it with gloves on and sometimes when I start it up it tells me it's paired. Once my phone is connected, everything runs smoothly. I forgot to turn it off several times and found it with a dead battery. Make sure you make it a part of your routine to turn it off and the battery will last a long time.
