Works seamlessly for calls and music. The battery life is excellent. If it sounds, check the position of the speakers and then the volume in the phone settings. No volume issues on my sportbike with a custom pipe.

I'm tech savvy and generally good with electronics. I don't find this device very intuitive. When playing music, the volume is a bit too low. I can't hear it above 45 mph, and yes I've experimented with speaker placement. The firmware is not updated correctly. Company support is not helpful. I regret this purchase.

I'm a beginner, my buddy has been driving for decades. We split the cost so we could hear each other on the rides. Once you get the hang of it, which isn't too difficult, they are amazing. Good sound quality, you can hear each other perfectly from probably about 1/4 mile away. We cannot understand how great they work. In addition, during long cruises we can play our own music or the built-in FM radio. Highly recommended.

Everyone says it sounds great when I'm on the phone. Music over it sounds pretty good too. I have a hard time using it with gloves on and sometimes when I start it up it tells me it's paired. Once my phone is connected, everything runs smoothly. I forgot to turn it off several times and found it with a dead battery. Make sure you make it a part of your routine to turn it off and the battery will last a long time.

Return and upgrade to another brand. Great sound and distance between drivers is quite large - at least 1/4 mile. The microphone is quite sensitive, so I sometimes hear my husband's beard but not the wind. I like the ability to listen to music and intercom at will. The only drawback is that the kit does not come with a manual (booklet). It's handy to have a quick start guide only when you need it.
