Return and upgrade to another brand. Great sound and distance between drivers is quite large - at least 1/4 mile. The microphone is quite sensitive, so I sometimes hear my husband's beard but not the wind. I like the ability to listen to music and intercom at will. The only drawback is that the kit does not come with a manual (booklet). It's handy to have a quick start guide only when you need it. Yes, it's online, but if you're somewhere out of order and need a reminder, that's a shame. Worth the extra money. Have fun driving.
