Not Turquoise, No Silk on Artificial Flowers

I understand that turquoise is a difficult color to define. And the product is included in this list. The fact is that it is blue in this list. I was hoping it was just light and they would look turquoise in real life. no They are blue. Nice shades of blue, mind you. But blue is not turquoise. Second, and the price was open, it's not silk. Real silk flowers cost more, don't be fooled. Are you looking for silk flowers here, the average price is $50-60 for half the flower heads you will get in this product. You pay more for quality. For standard faux flowers it's not too bad, 10 heads is a lot and if you want blue they're good! But I went to the local Michaels and bought a turquoise hydrangea stem before buying them pictured here (Michael's stem is above). IT'S TURQUOISE. The color is much more intense, there is a slight shimmer that the blue doesn't have (VERY muted, not shiny, pleasant to the touch) and the variegation of the turquoise tones on each petal is much nicer. Michaels are made by Ashland, I would recommend checking there before purchasing.
