There is a lot. I love that it makes getting in and out of the system a breeze. For example, I can have my doctors or therapists enter a status report into the system and I don't have to wait for them to make the changes to the system. I can do it myself. Also I would love to be able to schedule appointments with specific providers but that's only if I can't get in to them through the system. I am able to enter an appointment or a patient's test results and have them printed or emailed to my doctors or therapists. I like that it has a lot of features that you can use depending on your services, however, not all features are available in certain countries so you have to make sure that you provide them access to some extra content that they might need. It was not easy to navigate at first but once you get used to it, it's very user friendly. The benefit is that it helps us to be more organized and keep track of our clients.
