The tool worked great on my 2004 Volvo V40 - cam locked with tool and belt installed very easy. If you are unable to properly install the cam gear locking tool, this item is required. Achieving perfect cam alignment is easy with this tool. This tool will save you time when your cams are moving before they are wedged together by the cam gear lock. I wish I could start the timing belt change with this tool first.
