This has a flaw, there is a piece of Velcro on the upper part of the brace above the knee that the straps are supposed to attach to but I have had both a small and a medium brace and the straps on them do not reach the piece of Velcro they are supposed to attach to without being way too tight. I have skinny legs and when I pull them all the way to the piece of Velcro where it is supposed to attach to it actually hurts it's so tight. That being said, it's a great brace otherwise. I just stick the straps at a point where they fit and they still stick to the material. It's the best brace I have ever had and I use it all the time.
