My mother's old toaster was getting dusty ---- and she MUST have toast with jam every morning. Mom is 95 and adjusting the little knob on the side of her old toaster was getting harder and harder, especially given the way her toaster sits on the counter. This toaster from Sacvon met all of our needs. The setting number and toast countdown are very easy to read as they are brightly lit, nice and big. Being on the longer side of the toaster makes this a lot easier. The Defrost function is great for reheating frozen pancakes that we eat. Overall a good toaster at a reasonable price.
