Battery holds no charge. Customer service top notch.
Maybe I got a bad one, but I charged the battery one night and went to use it the next day and the battery was dead. Ok. Maybe I did something wrong. Let’s charge it again. Charged it again, put it back in its case after charging, went to use it a few days later. Dead. Ridiculous.Update*** still frustrated about the battery issue. It took a while, but their customer service did reach out to me with an apology and multiple solutions to try to help with the problem. For that reason alone, I think it’s worth considering kimo again.

- May not be suitable for use on certain types of paint
