My fault but don't believe the sizing thinking they fit snug.
Expected a tighter fit. My son is 4 years old but he is a bit tall, slim and was looking for a more fitted look but I bought a size up thinking they would fit ankle due to the cuffs but I have to under and stuck that means it's still too long after that.
