Review on 🌡️ URBEST Handheld Surface Temperature Thermocouple Probe (K Type) -50 to 500°C: Accurate Measurement of Surface Temperature by Jack Ford

I like this surface probe. I use it with an Amprobe thermocouple thermometer (not included). This is much more accurate than a heat gun. Because it uses the thermoelectric effect, which is independent of the material properties of the measured surface. This is in stark contrast to the makeshift handgun. Every material has a different emissivity, so one setting won't work for all surfaces, and you can't be entirely sure that the number you're reading is a good one. If you keep reptiles I highly recommend spending the extra money to get a decent thermocouple and this sensor.
