All-Purpose Kitchen Knife
I've never had a good kitchen knife and it makes a world of difference. It can be used to cut meat, vegetables and mince small items such as garlic or ginger root. It seems a little heavy to me, but that could also be because I've never used a knife like this before. I liked that the knife came with a sharpening stone, after about a month of use it had a dull spot that I was able to easily touch up. Be careful, it's so sharp I managed to cut off the top of the storage case.
