The system helps keep track of everything very well! We love that you can see each dogs medical record at any given moment from anywhere in our office or home!! And when there's an issue we are always contacted right away so it makes life much easier working remotely.

Nothing really I dislike but some things could be improved such as better search function - sometimes i have trouble finding what im looking for because its not easy searching through all animals info especially if they're a lot which ours usually tend too haha. Keeping up good communication between staff members & owners who cannot physically come into clinic together (especially while visiting their pets).
