Good inexpensive item for my son. We had the standard strap that came with the watch. It ended up with the strap holder ripping and the extra flap was just annoying so I looked more for a velcro strap and it's perfect. It's easy to remove the old one and add a new one. No instructions, but if you should see small pins on the inner strap (on the left), pull to the side and the straps will come loose. It was about 2 weeks old and my son is 7 years old and active. No problem catching it, it doesn't irritate his wrist and is easy to adjust. Overall a good buy.
