We already have a great scooter for one of our children but we wanted to get another one as the younger one is starting to ride. We decided to try this because of the seated version, but the seated version only works if your child is willing to do the legwork. Pulling them will feel like you have to bend down all the time to push them on your bike, which is fine for very short distances, but not much longer. We felt almost immediately that the quality of the item was a bit low compared to our current scooter, it seemed like cheaper plastic that could break or just didn't fit the rider. There weren't any instructions either, so you'll have to go back to the product page and watch the video demo. Not that it's very difficult, but I can't imagine adding a bunch of instructions on a single page would be prohibitively expensive. It has some nice features, like a hinged part, and otherwise seems standard for lean-to-turn. Perhaps it could be better if used exclusively on a flat surface, but our driveway has a slight incline and it seems like kids can fall off fairly easily compared to others. All in all I think we might need to find another option for our spare scooter, we liked that option.
