This is a very good product when you need to pull something. I actually added this to my bike rack as my taillights are almost completely covered when the bikes are on the rack. With this product mounted on a bike rack, I'm sure the cars behind me can easily see my headlights. I would give them a 5 but the 7 pin connector in the system was worse and I ended up cutting it off and installing a much better connector. Despite this, the seller did a great job of delivering this item at a very reasonable price. I don't blame the seller for this inferior fork, it was the manufacturer rather than the seller. Also, I did not contact the seller with this issue thinking I would fix it as everything else worked and worked great.
