Review on 🚙 Rugged Ridge 11540.14 XHD Overrider Hoop for Jeep CJ/Wrangler YJ/TJ/JK: Reliable Protection and Versatility! by James Jones

This is a simple, fast mod that has a visual impact. And thanks to the Rugged Ridge discount, it cost me next to nothing (I just splurged on their XHD rear and front bumpers and stock tips, which I quickly trimmed to medium width). I read other reviews and followed their advice to drill an "inside" hole (from below) which definitely helped with the installation of that fixed screw. Plus, installation was quick and easy (for a change). I decided to tilt it forward rather than backward (towards the grate). Just personal preference, but it "should" help protect my bumper lights, and there's plenty of room to remove the grille if needed. Feels durable (no tow/recovery point) but also lightweight. Seems to be an overall good product and good value for money. My FWIW came with bolts/washers (see other reviews that didn't have bolts), they were slightly longer than the ones that came with the base bumper but otherwise the same.
