Review on Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill (Refurbished) by Vanessa Knipp

This coffee grinder disappoints. It grinds well, maybe a little better (more even grit) than my old Krups Egg Grinder, but not much. There are also disadvantages: - She "died" in just 75 days. The "deep cleaning" of every nook and cranny suggested in other comments didn't revitalize it. Yes, there is a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, but I'm not sure I'd want another because. . . - It's dirty! The bottom hopper builds up a lot of static electricity from coffee every time you grind it, and as you grind coffee for each pot, coffee particles fly and stick everywhere (outside the hopper and countertop). The only workable solution I found was to grind in the evenings and ditch the charge overnight. And if you want to grind for the 2nd pot. . . A more static metal bushing (or conductive coating) grounded to the power cord's ground pin is an obvious solution, but has not been suggested. Just my 2 cents
