Good Quality, EXCELLENT Customer Service!
I bought these runners for two reasons ; my large German Shepherd was slipping on the hardwood stairs & I didn't want her to get hurt; & my drunk roommate was slipping on the hardwood stairs & I didn't want a lawsuit, lol. The package was missing one piece and the company PROMPTLY replaced it ! The double sided tape on these was difficult to use, but I'd read previous reviews & knew to buy a good quality double sided tape & it worked perfectly . and NOBODY has fallen down the stairs since I put the stair treads down.
- Cute. They don’t look too cheap. Soft to the touch
- The carpet strips are not very durable and may wear out quickly
