Review on Rage Powersports CN7296 Bungee Tie Down by Michael Norwood

I'm not sure why so many people are having trouble unraveling this for use. I didn't have the patience and was stressed about going on holiday late and it was still unpacked, unpacked and used 2 minutes max. I have sat nav and it worked well enough to safely cover all our luggage without moving. I also bought a liner to put under luggage to keep it from shifting and they work well together. On our second trip our friends borrowed this and found it just as easy to use with little to no need to add extra bungees.
