Failure after 3 days
First it came with a wired European plug so we had to buy a $45 adapter from Stayonline.com (great products). We hooked everything up and it worked great for 3 days and then it just died. I've seen similar complaints from other buyers. It would have been great value for money but it didn't last long so we sent it back and didn't get a replacement. We ended up buying a much more expensive $895 device from PowerXchanger, which in contrast has good tech support.
