Good product but not sure if it's reliable
I've had the stand for about 2 weeks. On the 3rd or 4th use one of the straps broke while riding and my bike fell out of the luggage rack. Luckily I only had 1 other bike on the rack and was able to steal an empty tether to re-secure my bike. Unfortunately I was only provided with 1 extra strap and I need to find a replacement as soon as possible. I am very hesitant to take my bikes on vacation in 2 weeks because if I lose one of them on the 65 freeway instead of the 10 road, that bike will be toasted! How do I get belts?
