🚲 IKURAM R 3 Bike Rack: Foldable Hitch Mount Carrier for Cars, Trucks, SUVs, and Minivans with 2" Receiver Review

This package was received with many scuffs and scratches due to shipping. I emailed the support team over a week ago and still haven't received a reply. The stand itself works well but don't believe their claim for coverage, it doesn't look like it will survive shipping to the buyer. Was hoping they would fix this but although Cars say they can fix any problems they don't seem to respond to emails asking for help with photos.

Si tu camioneta tiene cámara para el retroceso, la visión en la cámara se obstruye con esto puesto aunque no tengas las bicicletas puestas, así que tienes que guiarte por los retrovisores y olvidar la cámara de retroceso.

I've had the stand for about 2 weeks. On the 3rd or 4th use one of the straps broke while riding and my bike fell out of the luggage rack. Luckily I only had 1 other bike on the rack and was able to steal an empty tether to re-secure my bike. As advertised. The stand rattles quite a lot in the holder. The company is aware of this and blames it on the bracket in the supplied materials. It's hard to find a bike rack that fits securely in the tow bar. My last rack worked until the puff button stopped working about a year later. Engineers have to solve this problem. I use this bike rack for mine and my son. My bike has round handlebars and he has larger oval handlebars. Both fit great. I only did one ride and some parts that felt tight loosened up a bit. This is a very well designed and thoughtful bike rack. I have a bike rack for 3 bikes. The instructions were easy to follow and relatively easy to assemble. All necessary tools and screws were provided. It's heavy because it's designed to support the weight of three bikes, but it's not unwieldy. I liked the 2 inch clutch insert. The C-shaped folding frame of the bike mount is made of thick steel tube and will not deform under load. Welds look good. However, the folding bike frame bracket has holes larger than the pins, which also causes it to wobble when tightened. I had to add extra washers.
