It works but it's a tedious process (on my Tesla 3 model). Finding the right place to install a Tesla Model 3 is very difficult. and then inserting anchors at the top - a cumbersome process to do on your own. It's tiring to position the bracket so that it doesn't sit on top of the bumper, but sits an inch from the bumper just above the underside of the license plate frame. .The spring loaded mounts have strap guides but when using them you cannot easily adjust/tighten the straps. Once properly installed and tightened, it holds our two bikes well with no wobble or wobble. Bottom line: This works, but adds 10-15 minutes to the start of each bike ride to set it up.
