It works great and sticks very well to my clear gel phone case. It fits and holds large phones on the car air vent. It won't snag when you put it in your pocket or take it out of your pocket like these pop jacks do. The adhesive is indeed reusable, but it's also removable from the base, so you'll need to be able to reapply it accurately or it will stick out on the side of the device. The base is only slightly less bulky than the pop sockets, but much longer for functionality. Push-up does not stay completely washed off after a day of use.
